The Callaway Black Group is proud of its commitment to proactive customer service, establishing Northwestern Mutual Financial Network’s first Client Relations Center in 1990.

Under the direction of Janice Moore, a Financial Representative who has led The Callaway Black Group's Client Relations Center for more than a decade, a team of associates can respond to any request.

Meet Janice Moore, CLU, ChFC
Financial Representative and Director of the Client Relations Center

Janice Moore grew up and attended school in Chattanooga, TN. She moved to Atlanta in 1971 and began her career with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as an office manager in 1973.

In 1988, she became the office’s recruiter, and in the early ‘90s, began developing what is now the Client Relations Center.

“It was originally known as the ‘orphan program,’” Janice recalls, because no other Northwestern Mutual group had a resource for clients who lacked a representative. “We have continued to be a leader for these clients and have worked closely with the home office in Milwaukee as other Northwestern Mutual groups set up their Client Relations Center.”

She says almost all network offices now have Client Relations Centers of their own.

As a full-time Financial Representative since 1996, Janice has earned her Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations. She is active in industry associations and has served on the boards of her local chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Janice has two grown children. Her son will be married soon in Dallas, TX, and her daughter, who lives in West Palm Beach, FL, is adopting a baby girl from Vietnam.
