Meet our Directors of Selection

Christy Ray: Christy is a Director of Selection for the Callaway Black Group in the Atlanta, GA Network Office. She joined the office in her position in 2007. Christy works to mutually select individuals of exceptional talent, drive and ability to fill the company’s many diverse career opportunities. Before working with the Callaway Black Group, Christy worked in the insurance industry on the sales side. She has a Georgia license in property and casualty/life, accident and sickness. Christy received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in 2005. She is a volunteer at the Atlanta Community Food Bank.

Sara Watwood: Sara serves as a Director of Selection for the Callaway Black Group in the Athens, GA District Office. She graduated in 2008 from The University of Goergia with a BBA in Marketing.
